Ellington Woods Condos at Dunes West
Ellington Woods at Dunes West is a condo complex located outside the gates of this golf course community in the award winning town of Mt. Pleasant, SC. There is currently a lawsuit against the developer of Ellington Woods alleging construction defects. For this reason it is difficult if not impossible to obtain financing for a loan. A cash buyer should be able to get a condo for a bargain.
Use of the amenities at Dunes West are not included in the monthly or annual regime fee but are optional if you wish to join "The Club" at Dunes West. Golf course membership and monthly dues are relatively inexpensive.
These units rent in the $1000 to $1200 a month range so they may make an excellent investment for someone in the position to purchase with cash rather than financing a unit.
